微视野检查评估黄斑裂孔患者内界膜剥除术后黄斑区视功能的作用

摘要:

近年来内界膜剥除术在黄斑裂孔手术治疗中得到广泛应用,其在提高黄斑裂孔手术愈合率中的作用得到普遍认可。但这种操作是否会带来对视网膜功能的影响值得商榷。因此,内界膜剥除术后黄斑区视网膜功能评估逐渐成为关注的焦点。微视野计(microperimeter)作为评估黄斑功能的一种重要检测手段,能够良好检测黄斑区视网膜的功能。本综述总结黄斑裂孔术后利用微视野检查评估内界膜剥除对黄斑区视网膜功能的影响,认为内界膜剥除术对视网膜功能有一定影响,既有机械损伤因素,也有染色剂毒性因素。并比较了微视野检查与其他视网膜视功能检查之间的区别,认为微视野与其他视网膜功能检查各有优缺点。第三代微视野计(MP-3)的问世将为微视野技术未来的应用带来前景。(国际眼科纵览, 2017,  41: 357-封三)

Abstract:

In recent years, the widespread use of ILM peeling in macular hole surgery has been recognized due to the improved healing rate of macular hole. However, whether this operation affect the function of retina in macular is unknown. Therefore, the evaluation of the macular after ILM peeling has been gaining attention by doctors. Microperimetry is a vital procedure to assess the function of retina in macula, it was used widely in macular disease such as epiretinal membrane, central serous chorioretinopathy, diabetic macular edema, etc. The review is aimed at the influence on the function of retina in macular after ILM peeling measured by Microperimeter-3, we found ILM peeling influence the function of the retina by mechanic force which was extremely hard to avoid and toxicity of drains such as ICG, TA and BBG. With respect to the comparison between Microperimeter-3 and other retinal functional examinations, merits and demerits are showed on Microperimeter-3 and other techniques. Due to the launch of MP-3, the prospect for the use of microperimetry should draw a lot attention.(Int Rev Ophthalmol,  2017,  41:   357-Cover III)
